Recommendations are based on verified product capabilities, pricing information and independent user reviews. Vendors are evaluated against 3 gym management-specific criteria: Scheduling, Billing, Reporting.
Evidence is collected from primary sources (vendor websites, documentation) and independent sources (review platforms). Each criterion is scored out of 10 points across multiple subcriteria. The evidence determines the score; no subjective judgement is applied.
Vendors without enough verified evidence are listed as "not yet fully evaluated" rather than assigned a low position. A vendor is only ranked when it has sufficient approved evidence to meet eligibility thresholds.
